Description
This beautiful boathouse kept classic was built by Philbrooks shipyard in B.C.Designed by William Garden and constructed of epoxy coated double planked mahogany epoxied between layers and an ironwood keel. Her proud heritage is reflected in the plans that are at Mystic Seaport Connecticut.
Power by popular 270 hp Cummins VT-555 diesel engines with excellent maintenance. These engines will power her well past hull speed and provide a comfortable cruise speed. An Onan 8kw Generator, Espar diesel furnace, modern Garmin electronics, spare propellers and Max Power stern thruster round up an excellent vessel that has received constant upgrades including new batteries and engine space re-wiring . This easily operated and well cared for vessel is reluctantly offer for sale. An highly upgraded 60’ boathouse that meets current requirements may be purchased with the boat at an additional cost.,.

Accommodations
Entering the salon thru the fully enclosed cockpit to port aft is a large settee with the galley forward. Starboard salon features cabinetry the Dickinson stove and Norcold Refrigeration. Moving forward and up finds the helm with large bench seat to port. Starboard and port doors access the weather decks. Down steps forward to Starboard is the head with shower and queen berth to port. Forward to port is a seating area with cabinetry too starboard. With the deck mounted drum windlass there will be no odors form a foul smelling anchor rode.
