Accommodations

Enter Soca from midship on the port or stbd side and walk up several steps to the bow or the aft deck. The bow has bench seating with a storage compartment below, molded bow pulpit with a Nilsson electric windlass and a 45 lb. CQR anchor. Beneath the port teak grate at the pulpit is a water spigot. 


Aft Deck:

Moving aft along the port or stbd side and up three step you enter the large aft deck which has a table and four chairs with a molded corner counter space, eisenglass enclosure, plexiglass on the lower half for visibility on the back side, which are in excellent condition. Forward are two flip down cabinets that contain a small sink and storage. 


Flybridge:

The flybridge is only a few steps up from the aft deck and is quite spacious. The L-shaped seating area and table along with the bench on the stbd side allow for plenty of guests to enjoy their time with the captain. Storage compartments are located below the seating on both sides. Two Pompanette helm chairs. The helm station consists of a Raymarine E120 MFD , Garmin GPSmap 1040xs, Ritchie compass, Standard Horizon VHF/AIS, and Raymarine autopilot. From the bimini top to the teak floor, this area is in excellent condition and kept out of the weather with the full eisenglass enclosure. 


Cockpit:

The stbd corner of the aft deck provides access to the cockpit via the four step ladder. The cockpit is fitted with four dive tank holders, six rod holders, a large cooler, bench with storage, shore power outlets, electrical outlets, shower compartment, spigot, dive door to swim platform and swim ladder. The Northern Lights generator is housed beneath the two deck hatches along with the spare props. A full size door to access the master stateroom is a great convenience for the owners.


Master Stateroom:

The master stateroom comprise a centerline queen berth, built-in nightstands with drawer, cabinet space, and reading lamps. Plenty of natural lighting with the large window and multiple portholes. The wood cabinetry throughout is beautiful and provides plenty of space for your clothes and personal items with several closets, and dresser drawers. A Samsung tv is located above the small closet at the foot of the bed. The Indesit combo washer/dryer is stored in the the aft stbd cabinet closest to the cockpit door. An ensuite head is fwd and includes a vacuflush toilet, tub, vanity with sink and storage cabinets. 


Salon:

Walking up three steps from the aft master stateroom is the salon. You can also enter the main salon through the aft deck area or either of the sliding side cabin doors. The wide beam and large, low salon windows add spaciousness and great visibility to the room. The port side cabinetry consists of a Samsung flat screen tv, cabinet with a stereo inside, several Kenwood speakers, Raritan icemaker, Phillips tv, Radio Shack amplified video selector, Raymarine HD antenna control unit and a Kenmore trash compactor. The lower helm includes a Raymarine E80 GPS, Ritchie compass, Garmin 3206 GPS, Raymarine autopilot, and a Uniden VHF. The port side has a full length seating area with an adjustable teak table and forward is a bar top with cabinetry for glasses and kitchenware that overlooks the galley. The engine room can be accessed by removing the salon floor hatches or by lifting the master stateroom steps. 


Galley:

Moving forward is the galley with the raised dinette to stbd which can convert to an addition sleeping area. The Ge refrigerator, Cuisinart convection microwave, EuroKera three burner cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, ample counter space and storage cabinets is port side.


V-Berth:

Directly to your port upon entering the v-berth is the ensuite wet-head with a vanity, vacuflush toilet, storage cabinets and shower head. Directly across is a large hanging locker, full size bed centerline with full length shelves along both sides, chain locker center, speakers and reading lamps. 


Engine Room:

Twin 3208 Caterpillar engines, Raritan 20 gal. water heater, Dometic 16k Btu a/c unit, Professional Mariner 60 amp constavolt battery charger, and spare parts. The Galley Maid water maker is inoperable.


The entire interior sole is teak and holly and the master stateroom and salon have custom carpets to protect the flooring but are also removable for accessing hatches. The exterior seating areas also have cushions that are kept inside when not being used.
