DESCRIPTION
Built at Little Harbor the year Bain-Willard acquired the company, along with Hinckley Yacht Co, this Little Harbor 34 has been babied since new. Serviced its first 3 seasons by Hinckley, it has been boathouse kept since 2004-2021 and always serviced by its meticulous owners at a local yard on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and more recently by her very fastidious caretaker in Portsmouth, RI. Powered by low hour Yanmars, this boat has a full array of cruising instruments and has the pleasure of two reverse cycle air conditioners to cool the boat down below decks, and in the cockpit. With very maneuverable jet drives, a shallow draft, and a command view from the helm, this boat is capable of doing it all. The boat is a great weekender, long-term cruiser, or with its wide side decks, easily Great Loop capable.WALKTHROUGH
Boarding from the swim platform, or from either side of the stern, you step down into a very spacious and comfortable cockpit that has a complete set of cushions. Like the rest of the boat inside and out, the cockpit is trimmed with warm hued satin teak brightwork. At night the boat has eye-popping courtesy lights throughout the exterior and cockpit. Going forward via the side decks, you have plenty of room to catch/throw a line or stand alongside in a lock. The foredeck is very open, and with its size could be easily utilized to soak up some sun underway or at the dock. A step up from the rear cockpit brings you to the bridge/helm area. Originally outfitted with a helm chair only to starboard at the helm, a matching captain's chair was added to port on the settee. It can be easily removed and the cushions added to the settee for entertaining. The starboard-offset helm has a command view of the boat from stem to stern and is laid out efficiently for ease of operation. To port, adjacent to the companionway door, is a beautiful teak chart table that could also be used as a serving table for a quick lunch underway. Heading down the teak companionway stairs, you enter the spacious and uncluttered living quarters. Offset to port is the galley complete with electric burners, stainless basin sink, a generous refrigerator, and a microwave. To starboard is the wet head, which has an electric head. Forward of the head and galley, are mirror-image bench settees both port and starboard with storage behind them on the bulkheads. In the bow is the berth, which is full-beam and comfortable with full cushions port, starboard, and the center filler. Overhead of the berth is the forward hatch leading to the foredeck.ACCOMMODATIONS
