Description
he Wellcraft 290 Coastal is a great fishing boat with a cruising-style interior and a large fishing cockpit. Perfect Dual-purpose boat for active families who like to mix fishing and cruising. Built on a solid fiberglass deep V hull, the mid-cabin interior of the 290 is arranged with a convertible dinette/V berth forward, a compact galley and head, and a midcabin birth. The V berth backrests swing up to form 2 more berths. The fishability of the boat is amplified by the tower with full controls, electronics and VHF. The cockpit comes equipped with both the standard live well along with an additional Blue Water Live Well in the center of the cockpit tackle storage and two fish boxes with overboard discharge.

Cockpit
This boat is loaded with fishing and family features. The full featured cockpit comes compete with Factory Live Well in the forward starboard corner with a fresh water sink just above that. There is an additional Blue Water live well in the center of the cockpit, this boat carries a lot of bait! Port forward there is a molded in bench seat with storage underneath. In the sole, there are two large fish boxes (port and starboard) with discharge pumps. There is deck drainage, hand rails, leaning bolsters and rod holders a perfect combination for a day of offshore fishing.
