Description
Look once, and then look again.
“Bottom Line IV” is a custom 73' Pilothouse Motor Yacht that was originally envisioned by an experienced Seattle businessman and boater. She was designed by world renowned naval architect William (Bill) Garden and built by Philbrooks in Sidney, BC
Built on a proven Bill Garden “Post Class” hull which were originally designed for Federal Fisheries vessels patrolling the rugged Pacific North West.
Under her current owner, she has benefitted from a multi-year refit by West Bay Shipyards in Delta, B.C. where every surface has been touched and every component inspected and/or replaced.
Her desirable pilothouse layout featuring 3 staterooms, including the Owner's Suite with private access, open galley, and exterior entertaining space on the flying bridge, aft deck and foredeck sun pad.
Her most recent bottom service was July 2025.
Some of her notable improvements from her Multi-Year refit at West Bay Shipyard included:
- All windows removed and replaced with modern direct-glaze frameless glass
- All portholes replaced
- Bottom removed and re-glassed, and epoxy coated
- All teak decking removed and replaced with new
