REMARKS: The engines and engine compartments are located in the aft portion of both port and starboard hulls. Access is through opening deck hatches for the individual engines. Visual inspection of the engine compartments found them in good condition. The bilge areas were clean, dry, and well painted.

Visual inspection of both engines found no evidence of leaks, damage, or corrosion. Where accessible the engine mounts as well as the sail drive attachments to the hulls were in good condition and secure with no evidence of corrosion or damage. The exhaust systems for both engines were intact with all hose fittings secure and no signs of leaks.
