Walkthrough
Boarding via the portside transom door, the cockpit has L-shaped seating aft with a teak folding table, seating facing aft to starboard with the salon entry door to port.
There is a large hatch in the teak cockpit sole allowing easy access to the engine room.
Entering the salon through the stainless steel bi-fold door, one is impressed with the spacious and light-filled interior. The teak and holly sole, exquisite cherry joinery and abundance of hand holds are located throughout the vessel.
Immediately to starboard is an L-shaped ultra-leather settee with partial storage under and two drawers below. At the settee there is a Hi-Lo high gloss table with two folding leaves which provides an easy area for dining, playing board games, cards or entertaining.
The window aft of the settee goes down electrically with the push of a button to connect the cockpit and salon areas. Two opening sliding cabin side windows truly bring the outdoors in. The cabin windows all have Ocean Air Duette style shades.
The helm is forward to starboard with a single helm seat with a custom cabinet below and behind.
To port upon entering is a two-person loveseat that electrically slides inboard to expose steps to the third cabin. When slid to centerline, the settee can be used as an extra dining seat at the folding table.
The third cabin can serve as an overflow for your guests featuring a double berth, a seat to relax, and access to the private head compartment with sink, toilet and shower (wet head).
The Mate's Seat is L-shaped across from Helm Seat with an expansive table in front that opens to plentiful storage and the television that rises with the press of a button.
Down a few steps from the salon is the galley, with extensive storage and cabinets plus in floor storage - enough to stock easily for a 2 week trip or more.
The master is across from the galley, with beautiful shoji doors, a walk around master berth with hanging lockers and drawers abound. Natural light via the port holes that can be closed for privacy and sleeping. The private ensuite head has a desirable vessel sink on top of a cherry cabinet with a walk-in stall shower.
Going forward from the galley, the companionway has a privacy door to close off the VIP Stateroom and day/guest head for when one has overnight guests.

Manufacturer's Description
As an early adopter of pod drive systems, Sabre Yachts has a clear understanding of how these revolutionary drives can best be used to increase efficiency, maximize ease of operation and owner confidence. The all-new Sabre 48 Salon Express is Sabre's sixth pod driven model and she takes full advantage of this technology in both her performance and in her interior accommodation plan.
The 48's traditional exterior profile belies the contemporary performances of her vee-hull. She cruises at 25 knots and at wide open throttle she'll attain more than 30 knots. With the Zeus pod drive system, turns at speed are as exciting as they are in a fine sports car but perhaps even more exhilarating is the quiet that one experiences at cruise speeds. Less than 75 dba makes her one of the quietest motor yachts available today. The joystick and Skyhook operations give every Captain the confidence to dock her in the most difficult of circumstances.
Her raised cockpit sole brings together the social aspects of the cockpit and main salon and the aft end of the house opens up fully to connect the spaces. Her main salon offers ample seating surfaces for entertaining or simply relaxing to read or enjoy the standard entertainment systems. While underway the raised settee to port of the Stidd helm chair is a perfect place for the crew to enjoy the ride. And when docking, a standard side deck door serves her helmsman and crew, well. The two cabin, two head layout is supplemented by a mechanical space forward of the engine room.”
