This 2006 46’ Hunter 46LE Sloop has lots of equipment to make a great cruiser or live aboard. The current owner had installed a full cockpit enclosure with zip up isinglass windows, cockpit windlass controller and chain counter, new custom toilet and much, much more. The interior is huge with 6'6” headroom, 3 staterooms fully air conditioned and 2 heads with fresh water flush and stall showers. New electronics were installed in 2013, 2016 and 2023 and brand new mattress's were purchased in 2019/2020. There is a Northern Lights 8kw generator to run everything at anchor and a separate Isotherm refrigerator and new freezer with ice maker to keep your food cold. The huge cockpit has multiple storage lockers, cockpit cushions and seating for 8 plus all the sail controls lead directly into the cockpit for easy single handling as well as an electric winch to do all the hard work. All sails are roller furling which makes sailing a breeze. New running rigging had been added as well as a couple of SS stays replaced and a new chainplate installed. A new set of SS davits and a 10' Highfield aluminum dinghy with a 4 stroke outboard come with the boat. Accommodations
Enter the vessel thru the centerline companionway and down 6 steps (no ladder) and you will find the galley to port followed aft by the large double stateroom with storage lockers and shelves. Moving to starboard and aft is the second large double stateroom with storage lockers and shelves, genset access and easy to get to strainers and Racor filters under berth. Moving forward is a privacy door to the aft head with sink, electric toilet and shower w/ sump as well as an exit door into the salon. Forward of the head is the forward facing navigation desk followed by a settee with storage under and shelves and lockers behind. Across to port is the U-shaped dinette settee with drop down table to convert to a very large double berth and the salon has 6 cabinets for storage. Forward of the salon is the master head with sink and toilet and separate stall shower to starboard. The forward stateroom has a huge king berth with brand new split mattress, cabinets and lockers, drawers, shelves, extra sink and 2 overhead hatches. Northern Dawn will sleep 8 owners and guests in 3 staterooms and the convertible dinette and has 2 heads with electric toilets and 2 stall showers.
