Notice to BUYER

EVEN KEEL was sold to her present owner in July of 2022 who became incapacitated shortly after closing and was unable to sail the boat. Since he is currently in hospice care and not able to communicate, this inventory and specifications, although believed correct, cannot be approved or warranted by the SELLER or the broker.
