She has significant structural damage that can be repaired but will be time consuming.
She was recently outfitted with two (2) new Suzuki Outboards that have around 10 hours on them by the owner who shortly after refitting, passed away.
The family is now looking to sell the boat mainly for the cost of the Engines and Electronics.
