Josh has spent over 30 years in the marine industry with the last 12 dedicated to yacht brokerage at Fraser. In that time, he has successfully concluded over $700 million worth of business for clients.
In the last three years, he has closed nearly 10 sales and purchases each year. He has acted for buyers and sellers of 8 different nationalities, and an impressive 70% of which are repeat clients.
Josh has bought and sold yachts for clients built by no less than 26 different builders in every size range. Three deals have been over 60 metres (197 feet) in length. This includes the Perini Navi GRACE E, the Hakvoort new build BRIO, and the Delta Marine LAUREL in which he represented both seller and buyer.
Josh has a strong record representing both sellers and buyers, and often conducts in-house deals. 15% of his sales have been in representation of both the seller and buyer. As proof of his reputation within Fraser globally: an impressive 34% of his client transactions have been made in-house.
