ABOUT "SOUTHERN GIRL"
"Southern Girl" was purchased by her current owner in South Florida in February of 2008. She was promptly sent in and had bottom stripped and epoxy barrier coated (no sign of blisters 2017 haul out); bottom painted. She showed the owners a good time for several adventures in South Florida. She was then shipped to Victoria, BC the owners enjoyed that area for several months, having several upgrades, including new afromosia teak valances, no lambrequins! She was delivered to Alameda that fall it was an uneventful journey. Since that time, we have hung out around the Northern CA enjoying San Francisco Bay and the delta, some fishing. Ownership is held by a single purpose LLC. Most recently her cockpit sole, side decks, foredeck were painted, and the window frames and masking were painted. Plans are changing and it is time for new owners.
