Description
The Norseman 447 is considered one of Robert H. Perry’s top cruising yachts. Built by Ta Shing in Taiwan, recognized for craftsmanship and strong offshore builds, the 447 unites performance, comfort, and capable passagemaking.
Its solid fiberglass hull, extended fin keel with encapsulated lead ballast, skeg-hung rudder, and moderate displacement offer stable, forgiving motion at sea. The cutter rig adds versatility and easy sail management in varied conditions. Wide side decks, a secure cockpit, and a thoughtful deck layout support safety and confidence for short-handed, long-range sailing.
Below deck, SEAQUEL features a warm, hand-crafted teak interior and quality joinery, creating an inviting living space. The practical layout includes two private cabins, two heads, a spacious main salon, and an efficient offshore-ready galley with ample storage.
SEAQUEL offers solar power for energy independence, a bow thruster for easy close-quarters maneuvering, and a full suite of cruising equipment. Generous tankage, abundant storage, and integrated systems make her ideal for long-range cruising.
Whether passagemaking or coastal cruising, SEAQUEL is a proven, dependable platform ready to take her next owners wherever they choose.
