The Philippe Briand designed hull combined with an interior and deck design by Franck Darnet and Flahault Design has yielded a boat that is not only a joy to sail, but exceptionally comfortable. All sheets are of course lead aft to the helm to make sail handling very simple for a short-handed crew.

As mentioned, her deck layout is extremely clean, nicely organized with all lines run to one of 4 electric winches at the companionway and at each helm station. The flow of her large, well protected cockpit is exceptionally well designed and belies what's below...

Lifeline's companionway is easily negotiated and includes an excellent feature - the companionway door disappears below and does not need to be stored separately. 

Moving below, reveals one of the most spacious interiors ever produced on a sub - 45 foot sailboat. Lifeline is the preferred 2 Cabin / 2 Head version and her forward cabin - complete with desk, private head and is only out done by her aft cabin and it's King Size berth. Remarkable amount of space and excellent headroom throughout.

To me, what makes Lifeline truly special is her Aft Full Beam Master Cabin with direct access to the Galley and the Head. Mirrored storage and and small settees Port and Starboard enhance comfort and maximize storage... It's everywhere!

SAILS - Lifeline's sail handling is simplified with her roller furling main and genoa both in like new condition. Her Quantum Main was new in 2024 and only used once in 2025. The UK Genoa is approximately 3 years old, lightly used and in very good condition. She is also equipped with a Doyle Cruising Code Zero and gear.

Additional Upgrades

The Dodger, Bimini and connector was replaced in 2022 by Seafarer Canvas in Norwalk.

The Selden Electric winch for the Main - installed in 2021.

Solar panels and controller - 2023.

Refrigerator's Cooling Unit - replaced in 2024
