About the Broker
Ben Ward is the co-founder of Ward Yacht Sales and has over 25 years sailboat racing and cruising experience. After 22+ years in the banking and fin-tech industry at several top US banks, he took his family cruising full-time aboard their Passport 47 sailboat, covering over 8,000nm along the US East Coast, the Bahamas, and the Eastern Caribbean. Ben also worked as a broker on the Chesapeake Bay and the East Coast of Florida before launching Ward Yacht Sales. Ben specializes in classic offshore cruising boats, including Robert Perry designs, Island Packet, Pacific Seacraft, Cabo Rico, and more. He is passionate about customer satisfaction and helping clients of all experience levels find and purchase the right boat to fit their budget and cruising plans.
