Originally from Maryland, Shane grew up boating on the Chesapeake, Indian River Inlet, and the Atlantic off Maryland and Delaware.

From an early age, Shane grew a profitable property management company in Bethany Beach Delaware, however, Shane's desire for wanting to help people and serve his community led him to law enforcement where he served for the Anne Arundel County Police Department. His passion for boating and enjoyment on the water year-round brought him to move his family to Sarasota where he worked for the Sarasota Police Department.

Shane wanted to broaden his knowledge of boating and share his love for boating. He specializes in Riviera Yachts, Vicem Yachts, Pursuit Boats, Tiara Yachts, Grady White, Regal, Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Viking, Hatteras, various offshore Express, Sportfish, as well as motor yachts of other brands.

Shane's goal is to find the right boat for every customer's desire with SYS Yacht Sales. Shane believes time on the water brings necessary health and wellness benefits. In addition to finding the right boat, Shane, and his wife Kristin, are owners of Bodybar Pilates in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota, and enjoy bringing health and wellness to the community. Shane and Kristin have three children and he loves to share his knowledge of boats to families and to create lifelong memories on the water.
