David DeLeeuw
David’s connection to the water began on Lake Michigan, where his family’s love for boating quickly became his own. Summers spent in Holland, Michigan shaped that passion early on, and some of his favorite memories are weeklong trips with his family to Door County and Mackinac Island. During college, he spent an entire summer living aboard his family’s Sea Ray, further deepening his appreciation for the boating lifestyle.
David combines that lifelong passion with a degree in Finance and a 100 ton USCG Captain’s License. He spent seven summers as a captain aboard a Sunseeker 74 Predator in Chicago, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of life on the water.
Today, David enjoys helping clients navigate their boating journey, whether they are buying, selling, or exploring ownership for the first time. He and his wife are proud parents of three children and understand that boating is about more than the vessel itself. It is about creating lasting memories with family and friends.
