Captain Mike Neuman is a fourth-generation mariner whose deep-rooted connection to the sea began long before his own career ever set sail. Born into a family that operated a historic ferry boat and cruise business on Lake Erie, Ohio—founded in 1907—Mike proudly carries forward a maritime legacy over a century in the making.
A retired Captain of more than 20 years in the United States Merchant Marines, Mike holds an Unlimited Master’s License and First-Class Pilot endorsement. Beyond his commercial career, Mike has also served as a private yacht captain for a family operating two 63-foot yachts, bringing his extensive seamanship and leadership to the world of luxury yachting. Today, he and his wife reside in Punta Gorda Isles, where they continue to enjoy life on the water aboard their own 45-foot yacht.
