She has over 30,000 offshore miles logged, including two Atlantic crossings. Serving as Chief Stewardess and race crew, she spent more than three years onboard the iconic 1934 America’s Cup J-class yacht ENDEAVOUR. Notable regattas include St. Barth’s bucket, Antigua Classic Regatta and the momentous America’s Cup Jubilee in 2001 in Cowes, England. After ENDEAVOUR she lived and worked in New Zealand. She was part of the crew on Team Stars and Stripes, the VIP spectator boat during the 2003 America’s Cup. Returning to Europe, she attended culinary school in Luzern, Switzerland. After culinary school, she worked as Charter Chef on superyachts based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
