TOP GUN, 1989 70' Hatteras MY, has been donated to the National Save the Sea Turtles Foundation and is available on a 3-year lease with option to purchase. 

The vessel is an exceptionally maintained, highly upgraded 70' Hatteras which includes rebuilt Detroit Diesel 12V-71 engines and twin Onan 20KW generators, refinished and updated interior, LED lighting, newer navigational electronics, newer audio visual equipment, updated furnishings and soft goods and paint in excellent condition.

Accommodations

TOP GUN is a classic four stateroom 70' Hatteras Motor Yacht is excellent condition. Her four staterooms are all located below deck. The master stateroom is aft and is accessed via a stairwell located on the starboard side of the main salon. The master features a king-size berth with separate his and her heads which share a large walk-in shower between the baths. Entrance to the engine room with her twin rebuilt Detroit Diesel 12V-71 engine is forward of the master stateroom.

The three guest staterooms are located forward on the lower deck and are accessed via a stairwell forward in the pilothouse. The VIP stateroom which is aft in the guest accommodation area features a queen berth with ensuite head. Moving forward to port is a guest stateroom with two twin berths and forward is another stateroom with twin bunks. There is a stacking washer/dryer in the foyer and an access hatch to the generator room.

On the main deck forward you find the fully equipped flush-deck pilot house offering port and starboard entry doors and a custom stainless spiral stair up to the flybridge and stairwell down to the guest accommodations. The pilothouse feature new Garmin navtronics and a Starlink Wi-Fi system. Continuing aft on the main deck is a totally updated galley with newer appliances and a teak dinette table to starboard. Aft of the galley is a spacious main salon with a dining table to port and a walk-up bar to starboard. Aft in the main salon is the seating area with L-shaped sofa and two occasional chairs. A door aft in the main salon provides access to the aft deck where you will find a walk up bar to starboard and a L-shaped settee and teak cocktail table to port. A ladder aft on the aft deck provides access to the swim platform.

Going up stairs from the pilothouse one finds the flybridge which is the ultimate area for outdoor entertaining. Forward on the flybridge is the main helm with all updated navtronics and two Todd helm chairs. Continuing aft to port is a walk-up bar with refrigerator and icemaker. There is port and starboard bench seating with a large teak dining table center. All this area is covered by a custom hardtop and 4-sided EZC2Y enclosure. Aft on the flybridge is a 1500 lb capacity Marquipt davit and (3) teak and cushioned lounges.

Every area of the TOP GUN from engine room to flybridge deck has been renovated, updated and maintained in exceptional A-1 condition.
