Description

‘Space’ is the word that springs to mind when climbing aboard the Voyage 520. Its wide beam and open cockpit, that extends to a teak swim platform/dinghy deck, makes it one of the most expansive cockpits of any boat of this size. This sense of space carries through to the wide side decks and large foredeck.  NO WORRIES, is a clean, well-cared for 520, which is cruising ready – an extensive make over in 2018/19 (see below for details) and further upgrades by the current owners, make her a lot of boat for the price.

The South African built Voyage is constructed of hand laid-up GRP using multi layers of Quadraxial glass roving, isophthalic and orthophthalic polyester resin and other high end materials with vacuum bonded closed cell PVC foam core. Marine plywood and Balsa coring on critical bulkheads, as well as watertight compartments, low aspect, reinforced keels & skeg hung rudders create a boat that is light, strong and safe. Interior bunks, heads, settees etc are molded GRP and flooring is a hard wearing ‘Teak and Holly’ Vinyl.

This 4-cabin, 5 head boat is ideal for a family or for chartering. NO WORRIES served time in the Voyage Charter fleet in the BVI between 2013 and 2017. The boat was damaged in Hurricane Irma in 2017 and was repaired in the Voyage Yard in 2018/9. Due to post Irma recovery in the BVI and the COVID-19 pandemic, she saw little use from 2019 until the current owners bought her in February 2022. They left No Worries in charter for 2 years and then cruised the East Coast of the US and Bahamas from Mid-2024 to Mid 2025. She is currently on the hard at Zimmerman Marine in Cardinal, VA.

Equipment and Upgrades include:

  • Ullman Mainsail & Genoa (2019 – inspected & serviced 2025)
  • Standing rigging replaced (2019 – inspected 2024)
