This 23' 3'' x 31' 4'' Floating Cabin (Approx 729/sqft) is constructed on a 24' 4'' x 48' 1'' Monolithic Float and includes around 674/sqft of Attached Docks plus a pair of PWC Ports. This Floating Cabin has received its 26a Permit from TVA and has completed their electrical inspection and is equipped with a new shore power cable with the required GFP device installed.

This 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Floating Cabin is equipped with a Queen Bedroom and a Bunk Room that features 2 sets of twin bunks along with a Full Bathroom that features a residential toilet, Shower/Tub and an exterior entry/exit to/from the Bathroom to the exterior dock. The interior features an 11' 10'' cathedral ceiling in the living room/kitchen area that's furnished with an electric refrigerator/freezer, smooth top oven/range, OTR microwave, dishwasher, stainless sink, a countertop ice maker, blender, and keurig coffee maker are all included along with a Weber gas grill located on the exterior. Luxury vinyl plank flooring is installed throughout the interior with berber carpeting in the two bedrooms. A 50'' LED Smart TV with soundbar and bluray player can be found in the living room along with a pair of sofas and coffee table. Three Convertible Beds double as an additional sofa by day and can be used as three twin mattresses at night when needed.

Comfort is provided by a newer American Standard Central Heat/Air Conditioning HVAC unit and the cabin is constructed with an insulated ceiling and walls, vinyl siding, dual pane vinyl windows and doors, a (newer) metal roof, and lumber decking exterior all on top of encased styrofoam flotation.

Additional features include a dryer hookup in an added storage room, a tankless electric water heater, lake water pump with UV treatment system, a pair of ceiling fans on the covered exterior patio, a 5-step swim boarding ladder, a canoe, exterior patio furniture, and much more is included and the current mooring location on Norris Lake is transferable!
