Full Details
Layout and Full Specifications
The boat is extraordinarily fuel efficient at any speed. She can obtain trawler economy at 8 or 9 mph and still achieve 1.3-1.4 mpg at 22 mph. Wide open varies by boat load and fresh vs salt water but is in the 24-26 mph range. -Vessel has a canoe stern under the water for improved efficiency and reduced risk of fouling the props.
The electrical infrastructure on the boat is quite special, 2 x 110 amp 24 volt auxiliary alternators on the main engines charging the house bank and providing nominally 5 kvh of DC power to the Victron inverter allowing use of washer, drier, microwave, electric kettles etc while underway without running the genset. The victron inverter will supplement the shore power with battery power when the AC loads exceed the available shore power cord rating. The genset is 6 kva rating. Genset rpm is 1800 and very quiet. The house battery bank is designed to run the boat overnight, including sleeping cabins (not salon) on battery.
The starboard cabin is a queen oriented athwartships and the port cabin is a full sized bed oriented longitudinally.
-Cockpit docking Station is on the Starboard side.
-Vessel has been stored in inside heated storage over winter since delivery.
-Propshaft is fully enclosed in a pressurized oil containing stainless steel pipe embedded in the hull with a pressurized oil reservoir lubricating the bearings on each end of the propshaft. There are no stuffing boxes or dripless seals to maintain.
