44' Marine Trader Vessel Walkthrough

A full walk around teak deck with safety railing allows complete access to all areas of the exterior for maintenance, docking, and entertainment. There is convenient access to the interior from both a port and starboard door with access to the trunk deck and flybridge from the stern.Entering through the starboard door allows full access to the salon helm in the forward starboard corner of the salon.The Master state access is port aft, L shaped seating storage aft and starboard, 46" convertible leather sofa just forward of the port door, double seating counter straight ahead. Step down to the galley port with guest head starboard and v berth forward. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.with companionway steps center forward. .

The Master berth is 6'4" long and the Guest Stateroom V berth is 6'1" long

Height from the waterline to top of masthead light is 19'6", to top of bimini is 14'8", to top of flybridge helm is 11'11"

44' Marine Trader Accomodations

Yo Mama offers a full size master stateroom aft with queen berth and ensuite head with 1/2 tub/ shower. There is a combo washer/dryer in the aft port corner of the master state. A guest stateroom is forward with V berth. The guest head is starboard across from the galley and also features a 1/2 tub/shower. A 46" leather Flexsteel convertible couch is located on the port side of the salon just forward of the entrance door.

The salon offers full 360 degree views through large windows with sliding side windows with screens and blinds. There is an L shaped settee to aft and starboard with storage underneath and a bookcase above the aft portion. A leather sofa mid port offers conversion to sleeping accommodation for two. A counter, port forward offers double seating for meals and planning and a unique ceiling fan offers cooling circulation. There is a teak parquet sole throughout with engine and generator room access hatches.

The salon hem is starboard and forward in the salon and offers a bench seat, full helm controls and side access door.

The flybridge is fully enclosed with canvas bimini and side isinglass curtains, it offers a full view helm with bench and swivel seats with storage both port and starboard, multiple storage cabinets under the console, forward and aft facing bench seats and a large high/lo table with folding leaves. Non skid decking throughout.

The trunk cabin has been equipped with a custom hardtop, two sofas port and starboard and one forward, along with full isinglass enclosure to create a unique entertainment and seating area that is a continuation of the flybridge area, one level down. There is nonskid decking throughout this area also.
