Recent upgrades

• Air Conditioning: Velair i16 16000 BTU Reverse Cycle AC unit. Velair units are efficient and quiet, and this unit has a built-in soft start. (2021)
• Bottom Maintenance: The bottom was done in August 2021, with 80% of the boat's time spent in mostly fresh waters while docked.
• Refrigerator: A new 9.1 CU FT Nova Kool refrigerator with freezer was installed in 2023. This model features a front-vented design that prevents compressor overheating and gives easy access for maintenance.
• Flooring: The boat has been fitted with commercial-grade, water-resistant LVP flooring throughout, replacing the original carpets (2022).
• Plumbing: The forward head shower/sink and all galley plumbing have been upgraded to PEX with SharkBite fittings, including cutoffs under the sink (2022).
• Lighting: The balance of lighting fixtures has been converted to LED throughout the boat.
• Additional Features: Twin USB plugs have been added to the master and guest staterooms, a custom hatch was cut and trimmed in the master bedroom closet for generator access (2023), and a new galley faucet was installed.

Additional updates include:

• Tile-style waterproof backsplash added to the galley (2022).
• Four shower soap and shampoo dispensers mounted in both showers (2021).
• A full dining setup with a four-place table, flexible benches, and two swivel high-top chairs added to the aft deck.
• Two swivel chairs added to the aft deck.
• A new galley microwave installed in 2023.
• Double (his and hers) two-drawer dressers added to the master stateroom.
