A past pioneer of the bathing platform for looks and practicality, Beneteau has revived the classic transom but managed to keep all the advantages of the bathing platform. This innovation has resulted in a large aft deck area flanked by 2 side lockers accessible from the deck, a sliding section concealing a two-tread staircase down to a gangway made from the drop-down transom. The transom/gangway pulls up shut for close-up, stern-to mooring on pontoon or quay. Other features of the 42CC : the spacious, well laid-out accommodation is highly 'owner' orientated, comfortable whatever the sea state and has easy access to engine and technical areas.
