MANUFACTURER DESCRIPTION

• The Hatteras 40 DC has standard features that include a fiberglass bow pulpit, swim platform and ladder, and a whisper-quiet, multi-zoned air conditioning and reverse-cycle heating system throughout. 
• And because this 40DC is still every inch a Hatteras, you'll find typical Hatteras touches everywhere you look, such as the dry bar with room for optional ice maker. This salon is fully furnished, including an L-shaped sleeper sofa, built-in TV, AM/FM cassette stereo, and dinette. The galley is thoughtfully organised, and includes a microwave.convection over, a cooktop range, and an AC/DC refrigerator/freezer. The complete decor package includes not only window treatments but bed coverings and linens as well. And there are two spacious heads with vacuum-flush toilets, molded sinks/countertops, full-sized stall shower, and mirrored vanity with storage. 
• Hatteras believes that, for many people, choice is the biggest luxury of all. So, in addition to the alternate floor plan, you can also choose an open aft deck or sun shade; bow stateroom with two single berths or a double berth; a traditional mid-toned afromosia wood finish or optional light-finished natural wood interiors; a selection of interior decor schemes; and the choice of gasoline or Caterpiller 3208TA 375 SHP diesel engines.
