“Swamp Rabbit” is an exceptional example of the renowned Morgan 384 — a Ted Brewer / Charley Morgan design known for strength, balance, and excellent cruising performance. Between 2012–2025, nearly every major area of the boat has been improved or refreshed: new gelcoat, teak refinishing, Dyneema running rigging, full canvas renewal, updated AC, electronics, pumps, refrigeration board, AIS transceiver, and more. “Swamp Rabbit” is washed every 2 weeks, diver-maintained every 60 days, and receives an oil/filter service every 90 days.


This is a true cruiser ready for Galveston Bay, coastal cruising, or outfitting for bluewater.
