August is totally unique in her design and commanding in her good looks. Presented in beautiful condition without deferred maintenance or known issues of any kind, she is well situated for immediate new owner use and enjoyment. Her Ellis-designed hull is one of the driest and softest riding in this market segment and offers a wide range of economical cruising speeds. As I, (the listing broker) was running alongside August for the listing photoshoot, I was immediately taken by just how cleanly this hull moves through the water. Her layout is incredibly and quickly transformable to a number of seating and lounging options. For those in the market for a boat that cruises well sleeping 2 (occasionally 4) and cocktails 10 to 12 nicely, there is a no finer option than August.
