Broker Remarks

WATERVIEWS was originally delivered new to freshwater Lake Champlain, where she remained until her current owners purchased her and brought her to Newburyport, MA, three years ago. Since then, she has been actively cruised from Cape Cod to Maine on both couples’ getaways and family excursions. She has been well-maintained and cared for and is ready for immediate use. All photos and videos were taken in June 2025 and accurately reflect her current condition.
