Tightened “everything” - Checked all hoses and tightened all clamps. Checked all wire connections, throttle controls and connections, shift cable control linkage and connections, etc.
New exhaust hose.
Visually inspected all standing rigging.
Rebeded stanchions at two lifeline gates (four) and cover plates for chainplates (eight).
Tightened keel bolts.
Cleaned and greased all five winches.
Greased and adjusted all thru hulls. Tightened all hose clamps ensuring two per thru hull, checked hoses.
Greased and adjusted Max prop.
Sanded and sealed edges of removable floor boards.
Replace rudder packing and adjust. Fill grease cups. Inspected all steering components. Checked lower rudder bearing.
Installed Harken 32mm with 4:1 purchase on traveller.
New Rollar Furling Harken MKIV Unit 1.
New headstay.
X10 P70 Sail Pilot, Edson Bronze tiller arm independent of quadrant. Existing autopilot left as backup.
Added padeyes and cleats for UK Lazy Cradle.
