• Single Yanmar 370hp motor with 1106 +/- hours (1,000-hour service performed)

• Couch in photographs below will be replaced with original cream color leather couch that folds out to queen bed; couch was removed and stored in home office as the fold out feature was not needed
• Upper helm cushions all new with Sunbrella fabrics as well as window coverings
• Upper helm Captain’s and Observer’s chairs seat cushions, backrest and arm rests are new (port side observer’s chair has original arm rests to test different mildew cleaning solvents; new ones are with boat’s spare parts to be installed when desired)
