- Single Yanmar 370hp motor with 1106 +/- hours (1,000-hour service performed)
- Maintained in accordance with Yanmar guidelines in engine manual
- Additional folder with maintenance instructions for changing oil, changing zincs, changing impeller, changing engine coolant, changing transmission fluid, and changing air filter
- Kohler 9EOZD (Yanmar diesel motor) generator with 467 +/- hours
- Annotated manual with instructions for changing oil, changing zincs, changing air filter, and changing impeller
- Detailed Captain’s Log with work performed and systems, maintained, repaired or replaced
- Detailed Captain’s Log of voyages, anchorages, and marinas used along the route
- Complete set of manuals for systems on the boat (installation and operating)

- Starlink final installation delayed due to sale; however, antenna location is set and wiring to boat’s router is in place. Currently a Wifi relay unit is located under upper helm station and wired to boat’s router in salon hanging locker
- All lights replaced with LED for significant reduction in battery current draw and better lighting
- Salon TV operates from both AC and DC; external antenna provides 97+ TV channels at current location
- Replaced original conduction stove (in storage) with drop-in induction unit; major improvement in cooking capability and reduction in current draw; stove works well on both shore and
- generator power
- Added second battery charger for back-up purposes and additional house battery bank to augment original battery bank while at anchor
- Installed 40gph water maker which reduces the need to minimize fresh water use. Anchoring out time is now limited by fuel and food on board, not water
- Custom made, lined window coverings on outside of windows helps keep heat out of the boat
- Couch in photographs below will be replaced with original cream color leather couch that folds out to queen bed; couch was removed and stored in home office as the fold out feature was not needed
- Upper helm cushions all new with Sunbrella fabrics as well as window coverings
- Upper helm Captain’s and Observer’s chairs seat cushions, backrest and arm rests are new (port side observer’s chair has original arm rests to test different mildew cleaning solvents; new ones are with boat’s spare parts to be installed when desired)
