Description

Calling all experienced sailors seeking a competitive yet manageable boat for club racing, doublehanded offshore events, or coastal adventures—often sailing solo or with a partner—who value performance and simplicity!

HOTSPUR is the R2 version with a taller carbon mast and boom, and highly optimized by her knowledgeable owner. The Sun Fast 3200 R2  is a nimble 33-foot racer-cruiser with exceptional speed from a modern Daniel Andrieu-designed hull, wide and light construction, lead keel, and twin rudders. Single owner boat, and very lightly used. Excellent sail inventory from North Sails and complete racing electronics by B&G.

Sailors prefer the 3200 for its all-around versatility—equally suited to solo, double-handed, or crewed racing, whether around the buoys or offshore. It combines responsive, seaworthy handling with practical comfort: galley, chart table, twin double aft cabins, and head, making it ideal for both racing and cruising.

    Accommodations

Stepping down the companionway into Hotspur, you are greeted by a race-optimized navigation desk to port and a L-shaped galley to starboard. Midships you will find port and starboard settees with a wide and comfortable fold-down saloon table (inspired by the Sun Fast 3600), which folds away better and improves socializing without blocking movement. Both settees double as additional sleeping berths for the race crew.

In the aft, find two double-berth sleeping cabins (port and starboard) with fabric doors to shed off important weight for the regatta; each complete with hanging fabric storage for gear.

Forward of the mast lies the manual Jabsco marine head and mounted holding tank, complete with sliding privacy door and openable hatch above. Forward of the head lies an open forward, used as fender and line storage and/or spinnaker drop stop. Anchor locker access just beyond.

    • 2 cabin / 1 head

    • Fabric doors for each cabin providing a lightweight privacy option
