This TVA registered Floating Cabin features a 3 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Layout (Bedroom 1: (2)x Bunk/Cot Sized Beds, Bedroom 2: Double Bed, & Bedroom 3: Full Size Bed) that sleeps 4-6 people in beds and a full bathroom with a vanity sink, marine head, and walk-in shower. A 43'' Vizio HDTV is in the main living room/kitchen area, with two 32" TVs in two of the three bedrooms. The Kitchen is equipped with Electric Appliances - Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, and a Double Stainless Sink with a Char-Broil Gas Grill & Blackstone Gas Griddle both located outside. Comfort is provided by (3) Window Air Conditioning Units located throughout and Insulated Vinyl Windows have been added. The cabin is also equipped with a 20 Gallon Water Heater for seasonal water that is provided to the mooring (a lake water pump and treatment system could be added if you desire year-round water). The current mooring location is transferable and comes with a shore power cable.
This Floating Cabin is constructed on lumber decking and framing with styrofoam flotation and is in need of being reconstructed. Reconstruction is permitted through TVA.
