:"DUKE" is a Zodiac Milpro 30 foot vessel originally built for the USN. Current owner purchased her as a back-up vessel for his Kauai, Hawaii commercial passenger business taking tourists whale watching, thrill rides, and sightseeing the beautiful North Shores of the Garden Island.
The vessel was never used and the business sold, however, the owner kept "DUKE" to continue his 4.2 year adventure to battle with the USCG and finally achieve his goal...a re-built vessel that now has a USCG COI for 28 passengers and captain and crew
