Description

"GOLDEN GATE" shown in some photos before the addition of the bow rail is one of only two Hinckley's built with a cabin in the early development of the 29 model series. This unique pocket cruiser is rare and highly sought after. She sleeps two in the vee-berth, has enclosed head and galley down below. The main deck seating accommodates the skipper in a pedestal seat, fore and aft facing companion seats and additional seating on the motor box.

The single Hamilton Jet with JetStick powered by a single Yanmar 315hp Diesel provides smooth performance and easy maneuvering. A mere 18" draft allows exploring shallow bays and coves others can't enjoy.

With an overall length of 28.2 feet, this boat is crafted from durable fiberglass, ensuring both strength and beauty. Powered by a robust Yanmar 6LPA-STP2 inboard diesel engine, it delivers an impressive 315 horsepower, allowing for a cruising speeds in the 20 knot range and a maximum speed of 23 knots, making it ideal for both leisurely outings and spirited adventures. The "GOLDEN GATE" comfortably accommodates up to six passengers, featuring one cabin and one head for convenience. Enhanced with joystick control, maneuvering this vessel is a breeze, providing an enjoyable experience for both seasoned sailors and newcomers alike. This boat is not just a mode of transport; it’s a gateway to unforgettable memories on the water.
