For its construction, this model, like the rest of the Pro Man series, utilizes the modern hull lamination system in separate molds for the hull, deck, and internal reinforcements, which are subsequently welded, providing structural rigidity and excellent finishes in every detail.
The characteristic removable floats have been adopted, which greatly facilitate maintenance and repairs. The shipyard offers the option of having them made of heat-welded PVC or the new and revolutionary polyurethane/PVC hybrid fabric that Zodiac is presenting as a major global innovation for this upcoming season. Its watertightness and abrasion resistance have far exceeded all the tests it has undergone in secret over the past few years.
