This is a PROJECT BOAT! While there are many positive features of this classic vessel and the boat has great bones, it has been gutted and requires refinishing. With a bit of work, this boat can be turned into a great liveaboard or floating cottage!

Some upgrades have been started, but they need to be finished before the boat can be launched. Bottom paint job was done in 2022.

VESSEL INFO: 44’ Reinforced fiberglass Motor Yacht fitted with twin 330 HP Chrysler inboard gasoline engines and a bow thruster. One engine has been reportedly replaced in 2017. The vessel is of fiberglass construction, built in 1977 by Trojan Yachts with a curved V-bow and transom stern. The vessel has a raised super structure & bridge deck situated aft of main salon area, enclosed/covered aft with Canvas covers. The main deck consists of moulded single deck, fore deck hatch, curved cabin & bridge, curved top with side slider windows. The Bridge deck is equipped with double windshields, side sliders, forward shelf with instruments panel and access door to the recessed main salon.

The Bridge is fitted with Captains chair & bridge controls with helm wheel & dual engine controls. Seating arrangements for guests consists of chairs/settees on the aft enclosed deck. The vessel has a Fly Bridge, leading from the Bridge deck, and can be driven from rear Aft or Flybridge. The boat is equipped with A/C front and rear, and also 5KW Generator that needs some work.

The accommodation consists as follows:

-Forward cabin with two beds, one queen size and one single bed, with enclosed toilet, sink and shower (currently gutted and needs complete refinishing).

- Aft recessed cabin (needs work) with queen bed equipped with head, sink & shower & separate locker 

-Raised main salon area with dinette

-Raised Bridge/main deck with engine, steering & bridge controls

-Fly Bridge Deck, with steering & engine controls

-All internal side trim is wood
