PLANS CHANGE.... A lovely couple recently purchased SV Livin' Dream, and spared no expense outfitting her as their long-term live-aboard. Since just the start of 2024, they have added over $35,000 of new systems and upgrades (WITH RECEIPTS): a MASSIVE 1200AH Renogy lithium ion battery bank, 2250W of Renogy rigid solar panels, 3 Renogy charge controllers, 2 Victron 3000 watt multiplus charger/inverters, Victron and Renogy battery/system monitors, a new Atlantic Towers solar arch/dinghy davit, Raymarine Axiom 9 chartplotter, Raymarine Autopilot, LG washer/dryer, 47GPH Rainman watermaker, an induction cooktop, a convection oven, and much, much more. A new business opportunity abroad forces the sale. Their loss is your gain -- but act fast.... she won't last.

SV Livin' the Dream has a 2-cabin, 2-head layout.
The Owner's cabin has a full queen-sized bed, and the owner's suite includes a full head (electric) with a full shower stall.
The forward cabin is a large v-berth with it's (and the main cabin's) head -- which includes a full separate shower stall and a manual head.
Powered by the legendary Perkins 6.354 Diesel. 360 hours on the rebuild -- runs fantastic. The owners have recently returned from a 1 month shake-down cruise in the Bahamas where they motored for 180 hours.
While SV Livin' the Dream is not perfect (yet !), she sails and motors beautifully and is a fantastic live-aboard platform with all the amenities of home. Some of the hatches and portlights could be replaced, and there is evidence of cosmetic damage from previous leaks -- but nothing out of character for a 44 year old vessel. We were right in the middle of our refit-refurbisment project when our plans suddenly changed.
