The 40' Sundeck Motor Yacht has all the features to maximize your cruising enjoyment. The huge sun deck gives you a playground of space for sunning, entertaining or relaxing. Wide side decks provide safe passage forward, even in rough water. The bridge has a complete helm station, as well as generous seating for the rest of the crew. The salon is warm and comfortable, whether you're throwing a big party or simply relaxing with a few friends. Storage is built in wherever possible. A handy breakfast bar separates the galley from the salon. Huge windows open up your view within the cabin. The galley is fully equipped and totally functional to make life easy for the cruising chef. Counter and storage space are abundant and the dinette, conveniently placed across the companionway, seats four and also converts to a double berth. The master stateroom aft measures up to all three beautifully. Spanning the full width of the hull, the stateroom includes a walkaround queen-size berth, built-in vanity and drawers, two hanging lockers and a private head with generous stall shower without sacrificing its roomy open feeling. Guests have comfortable, private quarters in the forward stateroom with its own head and shower. The V-berth converts to a spacious double bed, and a hanging locker provides plenty of storage.

BROKER NOTES
Current Owner since the mid 1990's unfortunately passed away recently. The vessel was very well cared for and is currently being cared for by his children/ grandchildren who are long time experienced boat owners. The vessel is very well equipped to be a live aboard or a long range cruising vessel.
