Description
The Silverton 35 Motor Yacht is an extremely spacious yacht and provides a comfortable ride when offshore. This yacht is in amazing condition and reflects a true pride of ownership. This is absolutely the best Silverton 35 on the market today! Powered by Twin 8.1L Crusader engines with approximately 900 hours and an additional 7.3Kw Kohler Generator with 122 hours. Routine maintenance with no expenses spared has kept this yacht in amazing condition. The main salon features elegant cheery wood trim and cabinetry, along with carpet floors, a sofa to starboard, and a dinette to port. The galley is well equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave/convection oven, custom backsplash, and storage for dishware and other appliances. Large windows provide plenty of natural light but are also equipped with blinds and a canvas cover for the bow windshield allowing for privacy and temperature control. Accommodations include a forward VIP Stateroom in the v-berth with separate head and shower for guests, as well as a private Master Stateroom in the aft cabin with it's own ensuite head and shower. Navigation equipment includes Garmin electronics with GPS/Chartplotter/Radar, Bow and Stern Thruster with remote controls, and two rear view cameras for additional aid when docking.
Ownership History:
Purchased in 2022, the current owners moved the yacht from Morrisburg, ON to Georgian Bay, ON and have added several upgrades since then. A complete list of all recent upgrades and maintenance are included in the full details below. After 2 years, they have decided it's time to upgrade to something bigger. This yacht has always been kept in freshwater and has no saltwater history!
