Beneteau has been building boats for over a hundred years. For the 49, Beneteau joined once again with Beret-Racoupeau who provided the styling for the ultra successful 343, 373 and 393.
The 2007 Beneteau 49 is a sailors dream. With over 1000 feet of sail area, she moves in any weather. Dual helm stations make driving from either side a comfortable experience. A walk through transom to a generous swim platform make for easy access to the cockpit from the water or dock.
The cockpit on this boat is enormous, with room for 10 to sit while entertaining guests. Below, this 49 is a 2 cabin layout, with a queen berth and desk/makeup station aft to starboard. The galley is to port immediately as you come down the steps. Twin deep stainless sinks, microwave, top loading freezer and front loading fridge make it a breeze to cook while underway. A large U-shaped dinette just forward of the galley with 2 moveable seats provides ample room for 8 to enjoy a meal below.
To starboard is a long bench seat. with day head, complete with full sized walk in shower.
The owner's statroom is forward, with a queen bed, 2 hanging lockers, and desk/makeup table. Access to the owner's head with walk in shower is only available through the owner's stateroom.
This 49 has all the trimmings. AC/Heat, Panda generator bow thruster and electric windlass. Always professionally maintained, it's in sail away condition.
