Incredible value after a winter refit, all systems checked and recommissioned or replaced as needed!

"Orbit" is located at Safe Harbor Great Oak Landing on Fairlee Creek and hauled and to have her sail drive's replaced and both engines removed and serviced including kept on land for winter storage. Perfect time to have her surveyed! Her sails were all removed and taken to sailmaker for service and new stack pack has been built and ready! Interior has new cushions for all cabins which have been completed and will be installed as we get warmer weather! She will be ready for an early spring launch and your delivery!
The "Orbit" is a very unique and desirable private or charter yacht. She boasts 5 full cabins with their own heads and showers!
She's got a watermaker (currently pickled), a fully serviced Northern Lights Generator, full AC and reverse cycle heat in all cabins!
Two Refrigerators and a deep freeze and a washer dryer combo, will make this yacht an island paradise for her next owner.
She has just been fully detailed inside and out, all pumps and float switches replaced, all AC systems checked and recharges and serviced.
Her twin Yanmar diesels have just been fully serviced, oil changed and all zincs replaced including her intake strainers and hoses also including her Northern Lights Genset.
Both Saildrives are being replaced and engines removed for further serviced by early spring.
Her sails are at the sailmaker to be serviced and get a new stack pack and to be washed and reinstalled by early spring.
All 5 cabins have new cushions being made for her and should be installed early spring.
I believe she will be a very nice yacht for her next owner. If you want a 5 Cabin private island, here she is!
