Description
Exceptionally maintained 2008 Formula 45’ Sport Yacht, BLUE FANTASY. This low-hour express styled yacht was maintained in Canada in freshwater and stored indoors with climate control during the winter for the first half of her life. She is now located upriver in Fort Lauderdale and well maintained by an attentive owner with an open checkbook.
BLUE FANTASY has 1169 hours on her fuel efficient twin Volvo Penta D6 435 HP IPS with pod drives. She had recent mechanical services including full factory specified 1,000 hour Volvo Engine service and annual POD service.
Her brilliant blue hull shines like new thanks to a regular wash/wax/polish schedule. The yacht is easy and safe to operate with joystick handling with a range of almost 300 miles. BLUE FANTASY is able to easily cross over to the Bahamas and is also safe to move about while underway, due to the large walk through windshield and secure railing/grab bars.
The massive cockpit area is well protected and air conditioned by a 35,000 BTU Marine Air system, but also benefits from excellent natural air flow from the massive motorized sunroof. There is a large cockpit seating area and table that can be converted into a full aft sun pad. This featured area receives service from a wet bar with sink, mini fridge, ice maker, and Gaggenau cooktop.
BLUE FANTASY offers excellent interior headroom in the large salon/galley with full sized fridge/freezer. There is dining space for six at the starboard dining table with excellent ventilation and natural light. The yacht offers two spacious sleeping berths and two full heads with a convertible sofa sleeper in the large salon area. In addition, the aft VIP berth can be easily converted from twin beds to a queen berth with an adjustable filler support. The fine finished high gloss cabinets offer ample storage and the wood floors are in excellent condition. The light colored carpet in the aft cabin is well protected with a carpet cover.
All ship systems are in proper operating condition including: Garmin navigation, 1,400 lbs capacity hydraulic swim platform with tender included, KVH TracVision available, and two comfortable adjustable bow loungers.
