A teardrop-shaped hull, wide beam, discreet reverse transom, and long overhangs might be the hallmarks of a vintage racing boat, but Ted Brewer designed the Morgan 382 as a cruiser. From 1977 to 1986, Morgan Yachts and its successor, Catalina-Morgan, built nearly 500 of the Morgan 382's and its later configurations, the 383 and 384. Owners have taken them everywhere. Heavily built and seriously equipped for long distance cruising, Lucinda is ready for her next adventure.
Accommodations
This is a classic layout, with a roomy salon as the centerpiece. An L-shaped settee to port forms comfortable seating for the dinette table which has drop leaf on either side for additional guests. Opposite to starboard is a full-size straight settee which pulls out for sleep. Berth above is currently used for storage and is masked by a privacy curtain. Nav station midships to starboard with quarter birth, opposite galley to port. Head with stall shower opens on passageway to forward V-berth.
Port seat pulls out to double berth, with custom extra support.
