DESCRIPTION

ISLAND GIRL is an owner-captain maintained 2011 Ocean Alexander 70 Pilot House powered by twin 1150 CAT engines.

She showcases three staterooms, three showers, a gorgeous salon and a large galley that is generously equipped. One step inside and your guests will be instantly impressed with her rich

craftsmanship, satin teak wood throughout and her spacious layout, offering privacy, comfort and the perfect areas for entertaining.

Nothing was left to chance with this vessel, she defines luxury and she's ready for new adventures.

SALON

Entering the main salon aft through double glass doors, the expansive salon is luminous and warm thanks to her large windows and rich use of wood details.

She offers a spacious lounging/seating area, which surrounds a wonderful entertainment arrangement. Everyone has a comfortable seat here and it is a fantastic area to invite a large gathering. When privacy is preferred all windows are dressed with lovely roman blinds and the salon doors are well tinted.

Playing host to your guests is a joy at her salon bar. She is equipped with a wine cooler, sink and cabinets for

storing your drink-ware, favorite party snacks or beverages.

To port, a private staircase leads down to the master suite. Forward is the true gathering place onboard: the galley and helm station. There is ample seating around a good-sized table.

GALLEY, PILOTHOUSE AND DINETTE

This well equipped galley makes meal prep a pleasure when you have all the necessary appliances to assist you and the double sink is an added bonus. Whether you are preparing meals for two or for the whole family, you will always have generous counter space and storage.

The island is also a wonderful feature which can be used for multiple purposes.

PILOTHOUSE & DINETTE

Within the galley is the Pilothouse and Dinette area.

The dinette table allows for six to eat, relax and enjoy a wonderful view out of the large windows comfortably.

There is storage available underneath the table and in the seating.

The custom designed helm is quite handsome and has been outfitted with Ultraleather.

It features a sunken and extended dash with instrumentation and a chart light beside it.

There are also two pantograph doors that provide access to the side deck.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Master Stateroom:

Stepping down from the salon onto the beautiful wooden staircase is the Master Stateroom.

Once inside you will instantly feel the rich warm tones of the decor and craftsmanship. Unpack your luggage into one of the many storage options and relax on the king size bed to watch tv or curl up to finish your novel.

There are multiple lighting options available to you.

For the ladies, there is a beautiful fold down vanity with swing out seating to help you get ready for all of your

special occasions. The organizer inside is wonderful.

Next, take a step down into the beautiful head and shower areas. Much is to be appreciated in the planning, for it is

spacious and well thought out. Storage is again plentiful and the rich craftsmanship continues to flow throughout.

Enjoy the large shower and a separate head for privacy. This Master Stateroom is so well equipped, private and

luxurious you may never want to leave it.

FLYBRIDGE

The air-conditioned flybridge is accessible from either the cockpit or galley areas.

Once up here you get the broad picture and connect with your love of life on the water.

This roomy flybridge has a 24,000 BTU air conditioning unit, wet bar with sink, refrigerator, one side seating area

and one larger L shapped seating area with table to enjoy meals with friends and family. It's helm has double captain chairs and and the technology you need. New upholstered soft goods, complete with a custom cover.

Brand-new polycarbonate hard enclosures were installed in 2022. A NEW custom-made grill cabinet with a Fire King propane grill can be found on the FB deck aft, along with an Awlgrip-painted davit.

Walk up to her cockpit area where the teak flooring continues to flow througout. This area hosts a wet bar with sink, a beautiful wooden half table and plush cushioned bench style seating that stretches the length of the transom.

It's the perfect area to welcome your guests aboard!

INTERIOR

The interior exudes a satin-finished teak, providing an elegant and inviting atmosphere.

Newly installed are beautiful Amtico teak and Holly flooring in the galley, New carpet runner covers to protect carpet from traffic, Energy-efficient LED lighting inside, USB chargers conveniently placed throughout, a high-quality stainless Stidd chair in the pilot house, Dolby surround in the salon for a theater experience.

Satellite TV is available in all staterooms, as well as Seamless Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the entire boat.

The new AC compressor for the salon with soft-start feature was installed, along with recent replacement of AC raw water pumps and hoses.
