2018 Legacy 42 Flybridge

“JEWEL BOX” is a 2018 Legacy 42 with a custom flybridge. She is a unique, one-owner, downeast flybridge cruiser. She is the result of a seamless collaboration between Legacy’s chief designer Tim Jackett, and a very knowledgeable original owner. With custom options throughout, she was designed for the original owner’s dream of cruising the ICW from Maine to the Keys. Originally outfitted as a part-time or full-time liveaboard, this Legacy 42 will take you wherever you desire in comfort, safety and style!

Power by a single Cummins 670hp QSM-11, she is very fuel efficient, cruising at 17knots while burning only 12gph. Bow and stern thrusters make handling effortless. A Cummins Onan 9kw generator provides power when underway or on the hook. 

The highlight of JEWEL BOX is her custom flybridge with hardtop and full enclosure. The complete upper helm station provides an excellent vantage point for navigating by sight. Settee seating for four as well as an extremely comfortable Stidd captain’s chair make this flybridge special. Removable full enclosure allows comfortable upper-level piloting or lounging in any weather. 

Included is a like-new  2018 11’ AB Center Seat Aluminum Hull Dinghy w/ 20 Hp Tohatsu. Heavy Duty transom mounted dinghy davits make launching and storing dinghy a breeze. 

“JEWEL BOX” has a transferable hull and deck structural warranty. 

Build Specs and Highlights

This Legacy 42 features a two cabin, two head layout. The superbly hand-crafted cherry interior is truly stunning. Opening port lights and 12vdc cabin fans provide excellent ventilation throughout the vessel.
