Step aboard onto the large swim platform that features a transom shower, recessed cleats, storage and a port side locker. Here the Pacific Wave RIB is connected with stand off davits. A transom gate leads to the spacious cockpit.
An aft seat folds away to make more space if needed. Regal went to an innovative electrically operated engine hatch that opens from the outside swim platform and delivers great engine access.
The cockpit area has a refreshment centre down the starboard side with Isotherm refrigerator, sink and storage. The battery controls are nearby in the passageway.
Regal provides a spacious double wide helm seat that slides and has a flip-up bolster. There is tilt steering and an angled foot rest all adding to the great visibility for piloting the boat. Along the port side is a spacious cockpit dining area with a teak table and u-shaped seating.
To go to the bow there are small side decks or you can use the swing-open centre section of the windshield. Regal includes an anchor locker, windlass and space for lounging on the foredeck.
Entering the cabin is three steps down. Handsome teak and holly flooring together with the distinctive forward windows lighten up the cabin space and give the cabin a bright and open feeling.
To starboard is a folding table with the built-in settee.
The forward vee is open and the berth is angled resulting in almost a regular rectangular shape. This area features two side lockers, three drawers and also a comfortable seat for dressing.
The aft berth is a mid-cabin with two portholes and a large sleeping area which can convert into a lounging pit.
The galley is equipped with Corian countertops, a large stainless-steel sink and two-burner stove top. There is a second Isotherm refrigerator and a huge under floor locker where you could stow a week’s worth of canned goods and bottles.
The enclosed head is spacious and nicely appointed with a big medicine cabinet, a mirror, good counter space and a VacuFlush toilet. The mirrored door is a nice feature and Regal has thoughtfully provided both an opening porthole and an air conditioning outlet.
This boat has full canvas as well, delivering family-sized, enclosed accommodations for cruising.
She was recently painted with Micron CSC and is ready for the season.
