This Charley Morgan design is in excellent condition. One owner for the past 25 years, extremely well built and well equipped. She has air conditioning, refrigeration and freezer, newer electronics, radar, solar panels, davits and an inflatable dinghy.
Easily single handed or by a couple, all lines lead aft to the cockpit. If you ae considering a well built cruising vessel, this is definitely a boat to consider. She will carry you safely on any ocean with excellent performance. She has a shoal draft of 4' with a Scheel Keel, making her perfect for the Keys and the Bahamas.
"Polaris" has a very sensible layout below: from the aft berth to the forward cabin and a very sensible main salon in between. Nice well equipped galley, chart table, and two comfortable seats to starboard.
