The IY 43 veloce is a boat with exceptional character where safety, comfort, and practicality guarantee complete enjoyment, no matter its intended use - be it a day out on the sea with family, a tour of the Mediterranean or the Bahamas, or a few hours with friends. Exceptionally versatile and transformable, with opening terraces on both sides of the cockpit, this fast boat offers the space and livability typically found on larger vessels. The design is a collaboration between the Skyron studio and the Italia Yachts Design Team, built on a hull capable of providing an exhilarating experience with speeds ranging from 35 to 40 knots, powered by twin inboard Volvo IPS diesel engines or two to three Mercury outboards.

The design originated from the shipyard's wealth of experience in the sailing world, incorporating its fundamental principles: safety and the capability to sail in all weather and sea conditions. This led to the need for a hull design that would provide excellent seaworthiness and stability.

The classic hull features a touch of modernity in its sheer line, creating a stunning appearance and symmetry with the hardtop. The hardtop provides superior protection from the elements and a comfortable space for cruising. It can also offer even more shade through the extended integrated sunshade. The sheer line leads to a high bow with ample flare, ensuring safety and keeping the deck dry during navigation, regardless of conditions. The cockpit under the hardtop is designed to be modular, allowing for optimal configuration for any day on the water, with sofas that leave the side walkways clear, complete with adjustable backrests, and a central table that can be transformed into a large sunpad. With the cockpit terraces open and the unobstructed stern, the space expands to become the focal point of life aboard for children, or a relaxing beach area for guests.

The composite hulls and decks are manufactured in-house at the new Italia Yachts shipyard's lamination department for constant quality control throughout all stages of production. The vacuum resin infusion process ensures the optimal strength-to-weight ratio utilizing intermediate modulus glass fibers, polyester, vinylester resins, and medium-density foam core. This innovative technology and hull geometry result in an extremely lightweight hull with excellent structural strength, allowing for comfortable navigation with minimal fuel consumption.

The interior, with its modern styling and innovative solutions, embodies the best of Italia Yachts. The sleek interior lines are accentuated by curving elements, mirroring the exterior lines.

The lighting is reflected under surfaces to eliminate any harsh glare, while the materials used exude warmth and comfort, accentuated by the light furnishings. The headroom in the cabins is among the tallest in its class, creating a spacious feel like that of a larger yacht.

The IY 43 veloce does not disappoint below deck, preserving the modern, elegant feel found throughout all of Italia Yachts with clean lines and lightweight materials that are pleasing to both the eye and touch. The interior layout offers several options, including a master cabin at the bow and twin beds in the full-beam mid-ship cabin, two cabins with double beds, or a full-beam mid-ship master cabin with a large living area featuring a table and wrap-around seating in the bow. These options present numerous possibilities for the IY 43, including use as a mega yacht tender. 

The opening terraces are fitted with teak, enhancing the appearance of the cockpit and providing a comfortable surface for walking, sunbathing, and expanding the entertaining space in the cockpit.

An appealing outdoor galley and bar are located at the rear of the helm station, while a relaxing sunbathing area is positioned on deck, towards the front.

The cockpit table can serve as a dining or entertainment area for family and friends, or it can be lowered to form a spacious sunbathing area in the cockpit.
